Chisinau, 5 February /MOLDPRES/- The regulation on the control of state reserves and mobilization, approved by the government entered into force today, with its publication in the Official Journal. The execution of the decision is the responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The regulation sets the purpose, principles, objectives, subjects underlying the execution of control, their rights and obligations, as well as the organization, planning and control of state reserves and mobilization.

The goals on control are related to: protecting the interests of the state in relation to the management of state reserves and mobilization; verification of the manner and activities of management of tangible assets from state reserves and mobilization; identification and finding of irregularities and shortcomings regarding the quantity and / or quality of material goods from state reserves and mobilization; verifying the observance of the legislation in the field of state reserves and mobilization, as well as of the provisions of the contracts concluded for the storage of the material goods from the state reserves; how to ensure the security and quantitative and qualitative integrity of material goods in state reserves and mobilization; how to release and refresh material goods from state reserves and mobilization.
