Moldovan official journal roundup for today
Economic agents who will file appeals within public procurement procedures will have to pay a state fee. The law providing for this has been published in the Official Journal today.
According to the document, the amount of the state fee will be 0.5% of the estimated value of the procedure, but not more than 50,000 lei. If the appeal is partially or entirely admitted, the fee will be fully refunded.
Economic agents will have three days from the filing of the appeal to pay the state fee. Otherwise, the appeal will be returned without examination.
According to statistics, in 2024, 1,245 appeals were filed, 11% more than in 2023.
The law will enter into force at the expiration of one month from the publication in the Official Journal, except for some provisions which come into force today.
