National Wine Day to be held on 1-2 October
Chisinau, 7 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- National Wine Day will be held this year on 1-2 October on the Great National Assembly Square, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
After a break caused by the pandemic crisis, the National Wine Day returns with a new edition. "Having already become a tradition rooted over the years and appreciated by lovers of good wines, both from the country and abroad, the Moldova Wine Festival will be held this year on 1-2 October on the Great National Assembly Square. Over 70 wine producers from the whole country will come together to present their achievements and successes over the last few years", the National Vine and Wine Office (ONVV) said.
Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in tastings, master-classes, craft workshops, as well as enjoy a program of big days with the participation of the most beloved artists in the country, according to the quoted source.
"National Wine Day is an opportunity to celebrate the product of national pride, which brings us fame all over the world, and to pay tribute to the hard work put in daily by Moldovan winemakers and winegrowers", the ONVV said.
