Over 7,300 tons of fuel imported into Moldova in recent days

More than 3,300 tons of gasoline and 4,000 tons of diesel fuel were imported into the Republic of Moldova on 3-5 April.

According to the Ministry of Energy, on Friday, April 3, stocks remained at levels similar to those on Thursday, covering 6 days of diesel consumption, 15 days of gasoline consumption, and 17 days of liquefied petroleum gas consumption.

Car owners are encouraged by the authorities to use petroleum products rationally and to avoid purchases that are not strictly necessary.

The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova has declared a state of emergency in the energy sector for a period of 60 days, starting on March 25, 2026.
