
Petrol, diesel prices fall
The week begins with decrease in fuel prices. As a result, the diesel price will decrease by 0.06 lei on Tuesday, while drivers will pay 0.03 lei less for petrol.
The new prices were announced today by the National Agency for Energy Regulation.
Therefore, petrol will cost a maximum of 22.31 lei per liter tomorrow, down by 0.03 lei than today.
Diesel will be sold for 18.37 lei.
The maximum retail prices for standard-type main petroleum products are set by ANRE, taking into account the average value of Platts quotations, the official average exchange rate of the national currency against the dollar, the specific commercial margin, the excise duty quota, and the VAT quota.
