Larisa Miculeț appointed as presidential advisor for citizen relations
By the presidential decree, Larisa Miculeț has been appointed as presidential advisor for citizen relations. Larisa Miculeț has a vast and diverse career in public service, with over four decades of experience in legal and diplomatic fields. Prior to this appointment, she served as Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Ireland.
Throughout her career, she has represented the Republic of Moldova at a high level in diplomatic missions in Israel, Ireland, and the UN, and has been actively involved in promoting human rights, combating organized crime, and strengthening the country's international relations. In the past, she has held leadership positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, as well as in the General Prosecutor's Office, where she worked for over 25 years, including as head of the European Integration and International Legal Cooperation Directorate. She is a law graduate of Moldova State University and has benefited from advanced training programs, including in the USA and Germany. She holds the highest diplomatic rank - Ambassador.
