We are increasingly known and appreciated internationally - Ritlabs company director says

Chisinau, 20 February /MOLDPRES/- On 16 February 2018, Ritlabs company celebrated the 20th anniversary.
In an interview for “Almanah Politic 2017”, company director Maxim Masiutin said that the Poliexpert company and Tribuna portal, which are editors of the Almanac, make an important contribution to respecting the right to freedom of expression in Moldova, a fundamental human right on which other rights are attached, including the right to private property, without which private companies in a market economy cannot exist.
At the same time, he said that 2017 – has been a favorable year for Ritlabs: “We are increasingly known and appreciated internationally, and our product – “The Bat!” e-mail in 2017 was exported to users in 98 countries of the world, and during 20 years of activity we exported to 191 countries. We interact directly with customers and attach great importance to the quality of technical support. Therefore, we continued to improve the program to meet the needs of our users, and in November 2017 we launched a new version of The Bat! - v8.0.
As proof of our success, we were awarded with “Golden Mercury” in the “Export” at the contest “Brand of 2016”, held during the most important event of the domestic business – “Moldovan Business Gala”.
Moreover, the Ritlabs company is in the top five best employers of 2017 in the small business category, according to the annual survey “Best companies to work for”, carried out by AXA Management Consulting”, he said.
Masiutin also said that in the future, Ritlabs will strive for programs to be of real value to users, to save time, to avoid stress.
“To meet the needs of our customers, we will also promote high standards of user support quality and will constantly improve our software. We strive to become a world leader among producers of software in electronic communications – a company with the best user support and best opportunities for employees. We are aiming that users of any devices (phones, tablets, computers, regardless of their operating system) can pay gladly for our useful and convenient programs, which would make them happy and make their lives better,” he concluded.
