Deputy PM for reintegration has meeting with Ambassador of United Kingdom to Moldova
Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri today had a working meeting with Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Moldova Fern Horine.
During the meeting, the sides reviewed the current developments in the eastern districts of the country, the main concerns of citizens on both banks of the Dniester River, the actions undertaken by Moldova’s authorities to improve the living conditions of the population and facilitate their access to quality public services, as well as to promote sectoral reintegration policies with concrete results.
The deputy PM highlighted the contribution of development partners, both through the promotion of assistance projects that impact the sustainable development of communities throughout the country, and through their contribution to the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at reintegrating processes and people.
The deputy prime minister expressed gratitude for the constant support of the United Kingdom for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Moldova, as well as for its support of Chisinau’s ongoing efforts to achieve the national goal of reunifying the country.
