Drone found in Crocmaz village
A drone about 2.5 meters long was found on Thursday morning, around 09:25, in the garden of an uninhabited house in the locality of Crocmaz, Ștefan Vodă district. It was reported by citizens, who alerted law enforcement.
According to Police, experts from the Technical and Explosive Section went to the scene and will thoroughly examine the drone to determine its origin and any potential risks.
The Police thanked the individuals who reported the case and did not intervene personally, emphasizing the importance of following safety rules in such situations. In this context, law enforcement officers remind the public not to approach suspicious objects, not to touch, move, or dismantle them, and to keep a safe distance. Citizens are also urged to immediately notify the Police by calling the single emergency number 112 and to follow the instructions of law enforcement officers until specialized teams arrive.
The case is being documented, and the circumstances are to be established by the competent authorities.
