We consider joint projects in agroindustrial, energy, transport and infrastructure sectors.
The presence of Moldovan products on the eastern market may be carried out with the help of Belarus.
Moldova can contribute to setting new additional economic connections with the EU states.
One of good examples of Moldovan-Belarusian cooperation is assembling in Chisinau of Belarusian trolleybuses. Today we set to extend this project.
Also, we considered the opportunity to increase the export of fruits, vegetables and wines.
I appreciated the activity and positive role of the Moldovan-Belarusian intergovernmetnal commission for economic cooperation, which is an efficient instrument in promoting economic ties between the two countries.
In political sector, we exchanged opinions about the international situation and regional security.
I reiterated commitment to the principles of observing sovereignty and territorial integrity of our states. We opt for regulating security problems on the basis of principles and general norms of international law.
I am sure that the agreements, as well as the signed documents will contribute to deepening cooperation between Moldova and Belarus.
Thanks a lot to Mr. President Aleksandr Lukashenko for openness and friendship provided to my country.
I reconfirm our willingness to take all efforts to achieve a new quality level of the Moldovan-Belarusian bilateral relations.
