Leaders of Alternative Bloc of Moldova present electoral programme, delivered common message
The Alternative electoral bloc has launched its campaign for the parliamentary elections due on September 28, focusing on three main directions: economic development, justice reform and modernization of state infrastructure and institutions.
The four leaders of the bloc presented a common platform and advocated for a professional parliament.
Ion Ceban, president of the National Alternative Movement (MAN), said: "I confidently state that we have solutions and are ready to deliver results very quickly for the country, for the citizens, wherever they may be. We have thought of these solutions together. They are serious and truly come to address people's problems swiftly."
Alexandr Stoianoglo, former Prosecutor General, said: "Time has come to show that the Law is one for all, that a parliament observing laws is not something impossible, but a normality. Moldovan people expect justice more than all other changes combined."
Ion Chicu, president of the Party of Development and Solidarity of Moldova (PDCM), said: "All citizens, including entrepreneurs, investors, and farmers, expect to see parliament as a center of transformations, of authentic popular reforms."
Mark Tkaciuk, president of the Civic Congress, said: "We are people who have proved that actions match words. We are not entering parliament for positions, but to build a united, developed and respected Moldova in Europe."
The leaders said that the Bloc aimed to provide the citizens of Moldova with responsible, predictable and people-oriented governance.
On August 29, the election campaign for the parliamentary elections, due on September 28, started in Moldova.
