Ministry of Health to have new state secretary
The Ministry of Health will have a new Secretary of State. The position will be taken by Andrei Uncuța, who has so far served as head of the Republican Clinical Hospital “Timofei Moșneaga”. The decision was approved today by the Government.
The proposal was presented by Minister of Health Emil Ceban, who emphasized that Andrei Uncuța will contribute to achieving the objectives of developing and modernizing the medical system and will be responsible for coordinating pre-hospital and hospital medical care.
“Andrei Uncuța has held several managerial positions within medical institutions and public administration. Since 2020, he has headed the largest republican clinical hospital in the country. Andrei Uncuța will contribute to achieving the objectives of developing and modernizing the medical system and will be responsible for coordinating pre-hospital and hospital medical care, implementing investment projects in health, including the construction of Bălți and Cahul regional hospitals,” said Emil Ceban.
