Romania welcomes opening of European Parliament's Liaison Office

Romania welcomes the opening of the European Parliament’s Liaison Office in Chisinau. Romanian Interim President Ilie Bolojan has made statements to this effect. The Romanian official stressed that the today’s decision represented an important step for Moldova’s European integration and a ‘’European support’’ for combating the misinformation.

„Romania welcomes the opening of the European Parliament’s Liaison Office in Chisinau. Another important step in the process of Moldova’s integration into the European Union and a European support for combating the misinformation. Congratulations to Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu on this achievement. Romania stay with Moldova’s citizens on the European way,’’ wrote the Romanian official on social networks.

The European Parliament’s Bureau today discussed the proposal by Vice President of the European Parliament Victor Negrescu to open a Liaison Office in Chisinau.
