Staff reshuffle approved at government meeting

Also today, the Government decided to release Andrei Briceag from the position of governmental agent, based on his resignation request.
At the same time, Victoria Gratii was appointed state secretary of the Ministry of Environment.
“Victoria Gratii has vast experience, advancing in her career within the Ministry of Environment up to the position of director, distinguishing herself as one of the most performance-driven directors. Throughout her activity, she has promoted efficient policies for the management of water resources, aimed at protection and rational use. Additionally, she has made a significant contribution to the bilateral screening process and to strengthening cooperation between the Ministry and the European Commission. As state secretary, she will continue to fulfill the commitments of the Ministry of Environment, especially in Chapter 27 - Environment and Climate Change,” stated Minister of Environment Ghoerghe Hajder at the Government meeting.
Corneliu Cirimpei is the new state secretary of the Ministry of Culture, responsible for the cultural heritage field. Within the Ministry of Culture, he will be responsible for the cultural heritage area, where we have a lot of work, a new law, the reform of the Monuments Inspection Agency, the Cultural Heritage Institute, and collaboration with UNESCO. At the same time, I want to thank Vlad Vornic for his recent activity. He will return to the National Archaeology Agency, and I am sure he will continue the good work,” stated Minister of Culture Cristian Jardan.
