
State Secretary of Finance Ministry resigned
Government decided today to release Alina Certan from her position as State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, under the resignation request.
Also, the government appointed Victoria Cujbă as the head of the State Financial Control Inspectorate.
“The new director will be tasked with strengthening the prompt response process to the illegal use of budgetary resources, approving transparent norms for planning the verification actions carried out by the Inspectorate, and ensuring rapid checks and reporting in cases where illegal activities involving the use of state budget resources are committed,” Minister of Finance Victoria Belous said.
