3,433 foreigners applied for asylum in Moldova in last two weeks
Chisinau, March 10 / MOLDPRES /- On 24 February -10 March 3,433 foreigners applied for asylum in the offices of the Migration and Asylum Bureau in the Republic of Moldova.
According to the data of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the same period in our country on the Moldovan-Ukrainian segment entered 270 306 Ukrainian citizens. 169,364 Ukrainian citizens left and 100,501 Ukrainian citizens remained.
The authorities remind that during the state of emergency (within 60 days from 24.02.2022) the vehicles are allowed to enter the Republic of Moldova from Ukraine without a green card provided that it is purchased within 24 hours and without Vinietta. Also, the Moldovan Border Police allows Ukrainian vehicles to enter the country and on the basis of digital documents (Diya type).
