Administrative Code could be amended

Chisinau, Nov. 8 /MOLDPRES/- Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova will be amended. Members of the legal commission on rules and immunities approved the report for a draft law today.

The document's authors propose renaming the framework law to the Administrative Procedure Code. According to the informative note of the document, this amendment is necessary for the law to correspond with its normative content. At the same time, the documentary specification regarding the legal mandate is proposed, which is currently missing in the provisions regarding the non-litigation administrative procedure.

Through the draft law, it is also proposed to supplement the Code with an article that refers to the claims related to the compensation of damages. Thus, the litigants will have more possibilities to set claims on damages caused by administrative activity.
