ASP to provide online 19 civil status services
Chisinau, March 23 /MOLDPRES/- The Public Services Agency (ASP) today launched the provision of 19 services in the civil status through the new electronic services development platform (PDSE), developed in collaboration with the Electronic Government Agency.
"Civil status services can be accessed online, through the public services portal: https://servicii.gov.md/ro from any computer or mobile device connected to the Internet, without the need to go to the territorial subdivisions of the Agency Public Services", said the institution.
Currently, civil status documents ordered online can only be obtained by the beneficiary on paper. The documents can be picked up at the headquarters of a multifunctional center, which the beneficiary selected when placing the order, or receive them directly at the indicated address, using the government delivery service MDelivery.
Civil status services, ordered online, are provided for a fee and are paid through the government electronic payment service Mpay.
