Attention, travelers! Heavy traffic at Sculeni border crossing point of Moldova
Heavy traffic of travelers and vehicles today is recorded at the Sculeni border crossing point, on the outbound direction from Moldova. The control authorities announce that all lanes have been opened and the “REVERS” procedure has been applied, in order to ease traffic flow.
According to the Border Police, operations at the crossing point are being carried out at full capacity, with measures taken to reduce waiting times and streamline cross‑border traffic.
Travelers are advised, where possible, to choose to cross the border through the Costesti, Leova or Cahul crossing points.
The authorities specify that they will provide updated information, if the situation changes at the Sculeni border crossing point.
