Canteens start working in Chisinau-based schools
Chisinau, 21 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city hall informs that, as of today, the school canteens started working at the municipal education institutions.
At an online meeting of the city hall’s service, the Chisinau deputy mayor, Angela Cutasevici, informed that the schools and lyceums would nourish their pupils in the dining rooms.
According to the official, package food was organized at 65 institutions of the primary and secondary cycles last week. Food has been provided to children four times per day in Chisinau-based kindergartens starting from 7 September.
Last week, the municipal schools supplied food to 34,500 pupils in all.
