Chisinau Court has new acting president
Chisinau, 12 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- Livia Mitrofan is the new acting president of the Chisinau Court. Her candidacy was approved today by the Superior Council of Magistracy and will be proposed to the head of state for approval.
The position remained vacant after Nicolae Șova resigned for personal reasons. The request to terminate the duties of interim president was approved in his absence.
CSM members voted for the appointment of Alexandru Arhip as interim vice-president of the Botanica-based Chisinau court.
Violeta Chiselita was appointed for the post of interim vice president of the Râșcani-based Chisinau court.
