Chisinau, 24 September /MOLDPRES/ - The state enterprise Medisan will be dissolved and Moldova’s heritage placed in Ukraine, the sanatorium Moldova from Truskavets and sanatorium Sanatatea (The Health) from Sergeyevka, will be managed directly by the State Chancellery. The cabinet of ministers approved a decision to this effect at a meeting today.
The dissolution of the enterprise which manage the two sanatoriums of Moldova, placed in Ukraine, fits into the public administration reform, which is a priority goal assumed by the government in the activity programme for 2016-2018.
Medisan is part of the administrative system of the State Chancellery and was set up under cabinet decision in 2002, in order to manage the heritage placed in Ukraine. After decision-makers had carried out an analysis of the economic and financial situation of the state enterprise, they ruled as opportune to dissolve the enterprise, with the carrying out of the procedure of its liquidation.
