Moldovan parliament appointed new judge to Supreme Court of Justice
Chisinau, 9 September /MOLDPRES/- Aliona Miron is appointed today as a judge at the Supreme Court of Justice. Parliament approved a decision in this regard today.
The MPs' decision comes after the Superior Council of Magistracy requested the re-examination of Aliona Miron's file.
According to the legislation, the promotion to the position of judge at the Supreme Court of Justice is approved by the Parliament, at the proposal of the Superior Council of Magistracy.
Since 2019, Aliona Miron has held the position of interim vice-president of the Chisinau Court, Center headquarters.
