Moldovan students can get scholarships for high school studies in USA and UK
Students from the Republic of Moldova can apply for study scholarships at private high schools in the United States of America and the United Kingdom as part of the latest edition of the international ASSIST and HMC Projects programs. The deadline for submitting applications is December 1, 2026.
The ASSIST program is aimed at students in grades 9–12 and offers them the opportunity to study for one, two, or three years at a private high school in the USA. The available scholarships include several funding categories, such as Sanderson, Lindfors, David, and Kemper.
Details about the eligibility criteria and application procedure can be found on the program’s official page: https://www.isceo.md/ro/hmc-assist/assist-offer.
The HMC Projects program is intended for students in grade 10, who can study for two years at partner private schools in the United Kingdom in order to complete their high school education. It offers both full scholarships and scholarships requiring a reduced financial contribution from beneficiaries.
The participation requirements and application procedure are available on the program’s page: https://www.isceo.md/ro/hmc-assist/hmc-offer.
The selection process for both programs includes an assessment of English-language skills, essay writing, and participation in an interview.
The programs are coordinated nationally by the International Study Centre for Educational Opportunities (ISCEO).
