PHOTO Customs officers to wear new-model uniforms in Moldova

Chisinau, 18 August /MOLDPRES/ - The customs employees of the border customs checkpoints meet travelers by wearing new-model uniforms starting from this week.

According to the Customs Service, the design of the new uniform was conceived according to the European model; the uniforms are adapted to the current climate conditions and ensure the comfort and flexibility in exercising the job duties.

Thus, the customs employees will be equipped with new uniform objects and namely: T-shirts with short sleeves and polo-type collar, fleece jacket, wind jacket, combat trousers and combat boots. The members of the mobile teams and of the investigation officers will be provided with a new model of the job uniform.

The Customs Service informs that the process of equipping with uniforms in territorial subdivisions will be made gradually and the customs employees will be able to use the model of the present uniform as well.
