Social Protection Workers' Day celebrated in Moldova
Social Protection Workers' Day is celebrated in Moldova today. The professional holiday is dedicated to employees in the field, who provide support and assistance to vulnerable individuals in the community.
Minister of Labor and Social Protection Alexei Buzu conveyed a congratulatory message on this occasion. He expressed gratitude for the professionalism and responsibility shown by social system employees in fulfilling their duties.
'Today is your professional day, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you do. Each of you is a drop of hope, a real support for those in need. You are the people with infinite empathy, patience, courage, and open hearts. I think of each of you, those who with dedication and professionalism put your soul into your work day by day. People who transform the lives of those around - with every gesture, every smile, you renew trust in humanity and solidarity. Thank you for honest work, every careful step made and for every change you bring to the lives of those in difficulty. Today, I want to tell you that your work is invaluable. You are the pillars supporting our communities and the entire country. I sincerely appreciate you for everything you do!', said Alexei Buzu.
It is celebrated on the third Sunday in September to highlight the efforts of those dedicated to developing the social field in the Republic of Moldova.
