
State of emergency in public health to be declared in Moldova
Chisinau, 9 September /MOLDPRES/- From September 10 to October 30, a state of health emergency will be established in the country. A decision in this regard was announced today by Minister of Health Ala Nemerenco after the meeting of the Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health.
Starting with September 11, people over the age of 18 will have access to outdoor events and indoors only if they present the vaccination certificate with the complete scheme on paper or in digital format or will have a PCR or antigen test no older than 72 hours to show a negative result for SARS-CoV-2 infection. Those who will present a medical conclusion that will confirm that the person has been ill with Covid in the last half year or an antibody test will also be admitted to the events.
Nemerenco added that in the coming days the institution will come up with a plan to prevent and respond to COVID-19 infection.
