
Chisinau, 5 Dec. /MOLDPRES/- Control procedure of the National Integrity Authority (ANI) regarding a deputy in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and family members established an unjustified wealth in the amount of 231,109 lei resulting from the substantial difference between the acquired wealth, the income obtained and the expenses incurred during the period 2018-2019.
According to ANI, the integrity inspector will submit the case to the court for consideration, to order the confiscation of the unjustified wealth in the amount of the substantial difference found.
Also, the termination of the mandate, employment or service relationships of the person subject to control was ordered under the terms of the legislation in force.
This person will be deprived of the right to exercise a public office or public dignity for a period of 3 years, with entry in the State Register of persons prohibited from holding certain positions.
The person has the right to challenge the act, which is not final for the time being.
