Archers Dan Olaru and Alexandra Mîrca won bronze medal at Slovenia tournament

Archers Dan Olaru and Alexandra Mîrca won the bronze medal at the international tournament Veronica Cup Ranking Events, in Slovenia.

The Moldovan athletes defeated representatives from San Marino, Austria and Slovenia.

Dan Olaru won the gold medal at the European Championship in mixed team in 2016, silver in the European individual in 2017 and 2018, silver in 2019, and gold in 2023 at the World Cup.

Alexandra Mîrca became the European mixed team champion alongside Dan Olaru in 2016, the 3rd place at the Antalya qualifying tournament for the 2016 Olympic Games, silver at the World Cup in Berlin in mixed team alongside Dan Olaru in 2019, and 4th place at the European Games in 2023 in mixed team alongside Dan Olaru.
