
Sheriff Tiraspol to play first match of Europa League with Braga Portugal team
Chisinau, Dec. 13 / MOLDPRES /- Following the draw, Sheriff Tiraspol will play in the sixteenth round of the Europa League with Braga Portugal.
The match will take place at the Sheriff Stadium in Tiraspol on February 17, 2022. The return is scheduled for a week in Portugal.
Following the draw, the following matches were established: Sevilla (Spain) - Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia);
Atalanta (Italy) - Olympiacos (Greece); RB Leipzig (Germany) - Real Sociedad (Spain); FC Barcelona (Spain) - Napoli (Italy); Zenith (Russia) - Betis (Spain); Borussia Dortmund (Germany) - Rangers (Scotland)
Porto (Portugal) - Lazio (Italy).The winners will qualify in the eighth Europa League, where they will meet the winners of the 8 groups.
Sheriff Tiraspol is the first team in the Republic of Moldova to qualify for the Europa League. The team from Tiraspol ranked 3rd in Group D of the Champions League.
