Three Moldovan athletes qualified for semifinals of Olympic Games in kayak-canoeing
Chisinau, 6 August /MOLDPRES/- Athlete Serghei Tarnovschi qualified for the semifinals of the kayak-canoe event at one thousand meters individually, after obtaining the best time in the fourth group of qualifications. The Moldovan rower recorded a time of 4: 02.794.
The semifinals will take place tomorrow at 03:30, Republic of Moldova time. Also tomorrow, the evolution of the marathon runner Lilia Fisikovici and the athlete Andrian Mardare is expected, qualified in the final of the test throwing the spear.
The Tokyo Olympics will end on 8 August.
