
Geriatrics section of north Moldova district hospital renovated, modernized
Chisinau, 30 December /MOLDPRES/ - The geriatrics section of the Drochia district hospital has been renovated and modernized. The project was carried out with the financial support of the National Health Insurances Company (CNAM).
The works carried out included the renovation of walls and ceilings, replacement of the sanitary and electric installations, modernization of the ventilation and illumination systems, change of floors and woodwork, etc.
„The renovation of the geriatrics section represents an important step in the improvement of the quality of the medical services meant for the elderly people. The new conditions will facilitate a more efficient treatment and will ensure the comfort necessary for the patients and the medical staff involved,’’ CNAM stressed.
CNAM allocated about 3.232 million de lei for the project’s implementation from the fund of development and modernization of public providers of medical services.
