- Supporting native culture, historical memory, sports, environmental protection, economy, and local specificities;
- Promoting inclusion and social cohesion, including through media products in minority languages;
- Encouraging investigative journalism;
- Media education, combating misinformation and information literacy;
- Supporting local and regional media productions;
- Strengthening institutional capacities for editorial and economic independence.
Three categories of funding are available:
- National television: a maximum ceiling of 2 million lei per project, total allocated budget – 18 million lei;
- Regional/local television, radio, print and online media: a maximum ceiling of 1.25 million lei per project, total budget – 15 million lei;
- Small projects: ceiling of 250,000 lei per project, total budget – 2 million lei.
The Ministry of Culture and the Expert Council recommend all interested media institutions to submit applications in advance, to avoid any non-compliance and ensure the eligibility of the application.

This amount provides media institutions with the opportunity to implement innovative projects with a real impact on communities, thus contributing to the development of a pluralistic, professional, and sustainable media environment.
