Chisinau residents urged to buy local products: fairs held in all districts of Moldovan capital

Residents of Chisinau are encouraged to choose local products this weekend, as the city turns into a true hub for local producers. The City Hall announces the organization of more fairs on April 25–26, aimed at bringing farmers and artisans closer to consumers.

In the Buiucani district of the capital, visitors can discover a wide range of products at the “EcoLocal” fair, organized on April 25 in the area of the Kentford building. The event brings together eco and artisanal producers, offering both food and non-food products.

Also in Buiucani, the Alunelul Park hosts Camara Fest throughout the weekend – a festival of authentic flavors, where local producers showcase their freshest and most natural products. At the same time, on Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, near the Patria cinema, the Yard Sale takes place, a fair dedicated to folk craftsmen and local creators.

The Botanica district also becomes an attraction point for people fond of local products. On Dacia Boulevard, the Easter Traditions Fair is held, where small entrepreneurs offer seasonal specialties. At the same time, Valea Trandafirilor Park hosts Spring of Delights, an event that promises an explosion of tastes and colors.

Municipal authorities emphasize that these initiatives aim to support local producers and encourage responsible consumption. The fairs provide not only fresh and authentic products, but also the opportunity to strengthen the direct relationship between producers and consumers.
