Moldova's Public Property Agency announces competition for position of administrator of Chisinau International Airport

The Public Property Agency (APP) announces the launch of a competition for the position of administrator of the State Enterprise, Chisinau International Airport. The selection will be conducted in accordance with Law No. 246/2017 and the Regulation approved by the order of the APP general director No. 380 from July 16, 2025.

According to APP, the selected administrator will manage the current activity of the enterprise, represent the institution in relations with domestic and foreign partners, and will have general responsibility for the proper work and development of the airport. Responsibilities include operational management, legal representation of the enterprise, contracting of financial audits, drafting budgets and business plans, as well as coordinating public procurement transparently.

“Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for periodically presenting reports to the Board of Directors and the founder, ensuring compliance with financial and administrative regulations, as well as efficient management of the enterprise's assets. The employment or management contract will be signed for a period of up to five years, based on the decision of the Board of Directors. Remuneration will be established according to the contract and the legislation in force regarding the salaries of employees of financially autonomous units,” explains APP.

Candidates must submit an application file containing: a letter of motivation and management vision, CV, copies of identity and education documents, criminal record, compliance statement and optionally, certificates of professional development. Professional references are welcome.

“Documents can be submitted either physically, in a sealed envelope, to the enterprise’s headquarters at 80/3 Dacia Street, office 306, or electronically to: angela.prodan@airport.md. The deadline for submission is August 5, 2025, at 16:00. Documents can be presented on working days between 08:30–16:30, excluding the lunch break (12:00–13:00). Any changes regarding the competition will be communicated to candidates through the secretariat.
