Moldovan national energy regulator's decision to increase trade margin at sale of oil products published in Official Journal
Chisinau, 26 June /MOLDPRES/ - The decision by the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) to increase by 0.17 lei the trade margin at the retail sale of standard-type principal oil products for the second half of this year was published in in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial ) today.
Under the decision, starting from 1 July 2023, the trade margin will stand at 3.08 lei per one litre against 2.91 lei at present.
More exactly, while at present, a trade margin of 2.91 lei is imposed at the sale of one litre of COR petrol, as of 1 July, this figure will grow by 0.17 lei and will be 3.08 lei.
ANRE’s decision enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal and can be appealed at the issuing authority in a 30-day period.
The trade margin specific at the retail sale of the standard-type principal oil products includes all expenses of the market operators with the import and commercialization of oil products, such as: expenses for transport and insurances up to the territory of Moldova (including the refinery margin), the expenses for manipulation and depositing, all other expenses on the territory of Moldova, related to the retail sale of fuels (salaries, wear of fixed assets, etc.), as well as an eventual profit which can be got by companies, in conditions of enforcing the principle of efficiency in work.
