Moldovan parliament lets out real estate in centre of Chisinau
Chisinau, 2 April /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament’s secretariat lets out a real estate with an area of 97.2 square metres in the Chisinau city, on the Stefan cel Mare boulevard. The open auction will take place on 11 April.
According to the parliament’s communication and public relations department, the real estate has three rooms and two sanitary units and is on the ground floor of a block of flats. Respectively, the people due to get the right to rental will be able to carry out activities, by observing the legislation on dwellings and the public order. Cultural and entertainment activities, the organization of gambling activities or betting will not be allowed. Production activities will not be permitted too. The real estate is let out for a period of up to three years. The quantum of the rental will be recalculated annually, in line with the basic tariff for the annual rental for one square metre of room, established in the annual budget law, proceeding from the price contracted for this year.
People interested in the bid can submit applications on participation in the auction to Moldova’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry till 7 April, 12:00.
Private people and legal entities from Moldova, as well as foreign ones can take part in the action, under the legislation in force. The file on participation must contain the following acts: application on participation, with the compulsory indication of the kind of activity planned; copy of the identity act (for private people); extract from the state register of legal entities (for legal entities); the banking act confirming the depositing of the installment worth 10 per cent of the value of the initial selling price of 32,000 lei (1,600 euros).
The tax for participation in the auction is of 600 lei for private people and 1,200 lei for legal entities. The auction commission will consider the applications submitted and, depending on the kind of activity scheduled, it will allow or reject the participation of potential candidates in the auction. The people who were not admitted to the auction will get back their participation tax and the installment.
