VIDEO // Better travel conditions on road R33, which leads to Leuseni customs post, road G100, connecting two central Moldova villages

After years of waiting, road R33, which leads to Leuseni, and road G100, which connects the village of Carpineni with Mingir, are now providing the people of Hancesti and the surrounding region with better travel conditions. The progress was reviewed by Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu, who paid a visit to Hancesti today.

“We are on an important main road that connects Hancesti to Leuseni, thus leading to the border with Romania, and on another auxiliary road that goes to Carpineni. The roads are already of European quality, traffic is flowing freely, there are no traces of ice, everything has been very well cleared. This is also due to the road workers and other services that have ensured enhanced safety conditions,” said Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu.

The official gave assurances that the authorities would continue to build safe roads, so that people can reach home, work and essential services more easily.

At the same time, in the context of unfavorable weather conditions, Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu urged drivers to drive carefully.

“Today, the weather is unfriendly. I urge drivers to drive with caution. All relevant institutions and local authorities are ready to respond promptly and efficiently to any challenges that may arise,” the PM emphasized.
