Deputy Prime Minister meets Chargé d’Affaires of Embassy of Spain in Moldova
On 2 February 2026, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri held a meeting with Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain to the Republic of Moldova, based in Bucharest Francisco Aguilera Aranda.
The discussions focused on regional developments and the Transnistrian settlement process, emphasizing the positive actions undertaken by national authorities to provide comprehensive assistance to citizens on the left bank of the Dniester, within the reintegration policies implemented in the economic, health, social assistance, education and other sectors.
The Deputy Prime Minister thanked the Kingdom of Spain for the firm support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova within its internationally recognized borders.
