Interreg Europe Programme in Moldova: funding opportunities, interregional cooperation
The State Chancellery, as the national authority for cross-border, transnational and interregional cooperation programmes financed by the European Union, has organized an information event dedicated to the Interreg Europe Programme.
The event was aimed at public authorities and potential beneficiaries interested in funding opportunities and interregional cooperation, with the goal of strengthening institutional capacities and promoting participation in European Union programmes.
During the sessions, the following were presented:
- the main features of the Interreg Europe Programme and its areas of intervention;
- the use of the Policy Learning Platform and its benefits for public institutions.
At the same time, programme beneficiaries shared their practical experience in implementing Interreg Europe projects, highlighting the results achieved, the challenges encountered and the lessons learned, which are relevant for improving projects’ management capacity.
The State Chancellery reaffirms its role in coordinating and providing support to beneficiaries, as well as in facilitating Moldova’s participation in programmes financed by the European Union, thereby contributing to the development of the administrative capacity.
