Roman Rosca takes over as chair of special parliamentary commission for monitoring and oversight of Moldova’s reintegration policy

Chisinau, September 17, 2026 – MP Roman Rosca has been elected chair of the special parliamentary commission for monitoring and oversight of the implementation of Moldova’s reintegration policy. The parliament approved a draft resolution providing for this at its plenary meeting.

The special parliamentary commission for monitoring and oversight of the implementation of Moldova’s reintegration policy was established for the first time in 2021, at an initiative by Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu. Its goal is to monitor and assess developments related to reintegration policies, as well as to develop proposals and recommendations on key current issues in the field.
