Moldovan Constitutional Court validates MP's mandate

The Constitutional Court validated MP's mandate today. It is about Tatiana Rotari, a candidate on the list of the Action and Solidarity Party.

It was examined under a notification from the Central Electoral Commission (CEC). Following deliberations, the Court admitted the CEC's request and validated the mandate of the substitute candidate.

The vacancy of the mandate occurred as a result of the resignation request submitted by MP Anastasia Nichita, from the same party list.

Tatiana Rotari is a lawyer and teacher by profession. Over the last year, she has held the position of head of the Ungheni Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, coordinating the Government's activity in the districts of Ungheni, Nisporeni and Călărași.
