
Moldova, United Kingdom to sign agreement on strategic partnership
Chisinau, 19 August /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovan cabinet today endorsed a decision on the approval of a draft law on the ratification of the agreement on strategic partnership, trade and cooperation between Moldova and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, signed in December 2020.
Under the draft, the government ratifies the agreement on strategic partnership, trade and cooperation between the two states, signed on 24 December 2020.
The cabinet will undertake the measures necessary for the carrying out of the provisions of the aforementioned agreement. The Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry will notify the British Side about the ratification of the aforementioned document.
The draft is approved and submitted to Moldova’s president for consideration and ratification.
