Chisinau, 4 April /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki will pay an official visit to Moldova on 6 April. In Chisinau, the official will have meetings with Prime Minister Dorin Recean and President Maia Sandu. The spokesman for the government, Daniel Voda, has made statements to this effect today.
‘’Poland is a firm supporter of Moldova in the process of accession to the European Union. The visit’s occasion will provide the discussion of the European agenda, as well as the tackling of the bilateral agenda, with emphasis on the boosting of the commercial and economic relations between Moldova and Poland. Poland is an investor in our country. There are a lot of enterprises with joint capital working in our countries. So, this dimension will be discussed during the visit by the Polish PM,’’ Daniel Voda said.
A Moldovan-Polish forum will be held ahead of the visit by the Polish prime minister on 5 April. At the event, business people from the two countries will discuss opportunities of cooperation and ways of involvement into an active dialogue.
