
Repeat voting in Bolduresti commune of Moldova: Central Electoral Commission to print about 3,000 ballot papers
The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) will print 2,888 ballot papers for the repeated voting of the second round in the new local elections for the position of mayor in Bolduresti commune, Nisporeni district. All ballots will be in Romanian language.
According to CEC, the width of a ballot paper is 14 cm, and the length is 13.5 cm. The cost of one ballot paper is 0.90 lei, with the total value of the print run being 2,599.20 lei.
In Bolduresti commune, Nisporeni district, the repeated voting of the second round of the new local elections for the mayoral position will take place on July 20, 2025.
On July 4, the magistrates of the North Court of Appeal declared the local elections of June 1, 2025 (second round of voting) for the position of mayor in Bolduresti commune, Nisporeni district, null. The decision comes in the context that Nicanor Ciochina won the June 1 election, who is under criminal investigation for causing a road accident that resulted in the death of a minor.
