Trilateral Meeting Moldova-Romania-Ukraine; announcement made by Moldovan PM

Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu today announced that a trilateral meeting between Moldova, Romania and Ukraine was planned to be organized at the level of prime ministers.

According to the PM, the event will most likely take place in April, in Chernivtsi or Giurgiulesti.

The announcement was made after Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu had returned from his visit to Kyiv, paid on February 10. The official emphasized that the proposal is to be examined together with Romanian authorities.

"One of the decisions we want to propose to the Romanian side is to organize a trilateral meeting already in April in Giurgiulesti or Chernivtsi, in order to discuss concrete projects. We will work on the agenda and discuss it with our counterparts of Romania," the prime minister specified.

On February 10, Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu paid a visit to Kyiv to convey a message of solidarity and to discuss with Ukrainian partners bilateral cooperation, developments on the path to accession to the European Union the and regional security.
