As many as 139 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours
Chisinau, 27 July /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 6,060 samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours and 139 new cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were confirmed, of which eight import ones. As many as 258,852 COVID-19 cases have been registered in Moldova so far.
According to data by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS), one out of all new cases registered today is among medical employees – one medical assistant.
As many as 325 patients confirmed with COVID-19 are hospitalized in all, of whom 55 are in extremely serious condition (ten patients are connected to assisted breathing apparatus).
In the context, 656 persons are treated at home with light and moderate forms of coronavirus and 22,055 are under supervision at home.
Another 92 people have been treated. As many as 251,645 people were treated of COVID-19 in all.
At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another two deaths triggered by COVID-19 and 6,247 people have died of coronavirus in all.
