ASP speeds up digitalization with three online services simplifying citizens' access to documents and procedures
The Public Services Agency (ASP) is taking a new step in modernizing the relationship between the state and the citizen by expanding its portfolio of digital services. Over the past year, the institution has launched three essential online tools that reduce bureaucracy and save time for thousands of people.
The first is the online sale and purchase of vehicles, launched in November 2024. Citizens and companies can complete transactions entirely remotely, without additional trips to the counter. So far, 169 transactions have been completed exclusively online.
The second service, available since May 2025, is the online exchange of national and international driving licenses. In just a few months, over 1,000 applications have been submitted digitally, making this service one of the most requested by drivers.
The most recent tool is the online scheduling and payment for driving exams, both theoretical and practical. Launched in June 2025, the service has already generated over 11,200 applications.
“We urge citizens to use these services with an electronic signature and to register on the governmental platform MNotify (mnotify.gov.md), which ensures the rapid transmission of notifications and confirmations via email or messaging applications. Digitalization is an irreversible process, and the main goal is to create modern, efficient, and accessible public services for all citizens. For more details about the available online services, we provide the official website http://www.asp.gov.md and the helpline 14 909," indicates ASP.
