Daniela Crudu appointed spokesperson of Moldovan government
Presenter of the public television channel Moldova 1 Daniela Crudu will take over as spokesperson of the Government of the Republic of Moldova, led by Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu. The announcement was made on Friday morning, January 30, by the journalist herself during the final edition of the morning show “Bună Dimineața” (Good Morning), broadcast by the public television channel.
“Starting Monday, February 2, I will take on the role of spokesperson for the Government of the Republic of Moldova. I thank my colleagues for their professionalism and, of course, we will see each other again in other contexts. I thank the viewers for their trust. Stay with Moldova 1. We will succeed together,” she said.
Daniela Crudu is a presenter and coordinating editor at Teleradio-Moldova Company and has more than ten years of experience in the media. Since 2013, she has hosted the morning show “Bună dimineața” (Good Morning), becoming one of the best-known and most appreciated voices of the public television channel.
Throughout her career, Daniela Crudu has coordinated editorial content in current affairs and entertainment and has conducted interviews with representatives of public authorities and civil society. In 2024–2025, she served as head of Moldova’s delegation to the Eurovision Song Contest, being responsible for public communication and relations with institutional and media partners.
The new Government spokesperson holds a degree in Law and speaks Romanian, English, French and Russian fluently.
