Chisinau, 4 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today accepted the application on resignation submitted by a magistrate from the Chisinau Court, Serafim Vasilache.
The application on resignation was considered in the absentia of the judge and will enter into force on 5 September.
President Maia Sandu has earlier rejected the appointment to office of more judges, among whom also the magistrate who resigned today.
